The Efficiency Performance Report is a dashboard that visualizes how each item is utilized across a chosen time frame and sample segment. It gives brands a clear overview of how often each sample is sent out, alongside the average number of deliveries per item within specific filters. 

How does it work? 

Efficiency Performance Report focuses on how your samples are being used by spotlighting key metrics around deliveries and send-outs. To set the right context, users can define their focus using filters such as shipping periods, departments, brands (agencies or multi-division houses for instance), seasons, collections and more. 

Additional filters, such as shipment destination, recipient country or even color, allow you to narrow results even further. 

Some examples scenarios could be: 

  • Cross-Region Comparisons: you might compare how a collection was used across regions like Europe and Asia, 
  • Internal Usage: How different teams, from PR to Marketing, leveraged samples within their campaigns. 
  • Multi-Department View: A multi-division house like Prada could explore performance across fashion and accessories
  • Agency Portfolios: An agency might analyze activity across multiple client brands. 

Once filters are applied, the dashboard highlights three core metrics: the average number of deliveries per sample, the total number of samples sent out and those that remain unused. 

To dig deeper on an individual level, results are organized into three tabs: most sent, least sent and not sent. Each item is ranked by delivery volume and paired with detailed product information.

Finally, results can be broken down by department, enabling teams such as Studio or Photo Shoots to assess efficiency and identify new opportunities to make better use of their available samples. 

Use Case: Global Communications Directors Learns How New Collection is Being Used 

Following fashion week, a Global Communications Director at a luxury house wanted to evaluate how efficiently each regional team handled sample send-outs. With hundreds of runway pieces in circulation across Europe, the US and Asia, visibility into what was shipped, returned or left unused was limited.
