Tatiana Dupond is a senior executive leader with 18 years of experience managing global teams and guiding luxury fashion and beauty brands on their communication and marketing strategies. She is currently the Director of Beauty, Luxury, and Fashion at TikTok, where, for the past 2 years, she has led brands in exploring innovative ways to connect and create on TikTok. Prior to TikTok, Tatiana spent 7 years at LinkedIn, where she built and led a global luxury division. Earlier in her career, she worked at The New York Times in Paris, developing new content forms for fashion brands. Tatiana has lived and worked on 4 continents. In her spare time, she works on family business projects and led the artistic direction for the renovation of Château de Thauvenay, a 24-bedroom estate located in the vineyards of Sancerre.
Yuri Ezhkov is an award-winning creative director with over 20 years of experience at the forefront of design, branding, and innovation. A New Yorker at heart, Yuri began his career at Assouline before founding his own agency, where he created pioneering digital content for leading beauty brands such as Maybelline, Essie, and Dr. Jart during the early 2000s. Yuri later joined MAC Cosmetics in APAC, where he oversaw creative direction for the global prestige beauty brand across the region. Currently, he holds a leadership role at Estée Lauder Companies, focusing on the dynamic intersection of technology and creativity to drive innovation within the organization. With a rich professional background and an entrepreneurial spirit—evident from his years owning a boutique coffee shop in Hong Kong—Yuri brings a unique perspective to blending artistry, business, and technology.

Ben has over 15 years of expertise in luxury in leading businesses: Louis Vuitton and Gucci operating at top executive positions from a global HQ, driving strategy and executing projects in every region of the world. Lucien Pagès, born in 1975 in the Cévennes, studied fashion at the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne. After interning at Yves Saint Laurent and Dior, he launched a cashmere brand with a friend in 1997. In 2001, he became assistant to Artistic Director Marc Ascoli. In 2006, he founded his agency, now representing clients in fashion, beauty, lifestyle and culture, with offices in Paris and NYC.
Carrie Crecca Maitoza has just under 20 years of experience working in public relations in the fashion and jewelry industries in various roles including in-house, agency, and most recently, freelance. She is the brainchild behind the @miss_pr_piggy meme account on Instagram which sheds light on the realities of working in PR using humor. The meme account has over 21K followers with off-the-charts engagement rates. Carrie's memes have gotten her featured in Paper Magazine, ELLE, Digital Counsel, CAP 74024, and she was a guest on the Fat Mascara podcast in August 2023. She also writes a column for the digital fashion publication, The Impression on the current state of affairs in fashion PR. Most recently, Carrie launched RePressed, a weekly Substack newsletter where she candidly dives deep on PR topics to try and make sense of where the industry is going.
Sara Spruch-Feiner is a lifelong New Yorker and writer. She is a Senior Reporter at Glossy, where she spearheads Glossy Pop, a vertical about the intersection of beauty, fashion, and culture. She also writes the Glossy Pop Newsletter, which goes out on Fridays. She has contributed to publications including New York Magazine, The Zoe Report, Byrdie, Women’s Health, Coveteur, Shape—and many more. She is a graduate of Kenyon College where she earned her B.A. in English Literature (with a double minor in Women’s Studies and Art History) and a 2009 recipient of the New York Women in Communications, Inc. scholarship. She is equally passionate about women’s rights, really great serums, television, and the power of writing about them all.

Tom Barker is a writer reporting on all things style and shopping-related. He works closely with the activations team to bring to life the many campaigns that Highsnobiety launches, such as the City Series (which might be coming to a city near you, very soon). He previously studied at London College of Fashion and worked in London, reporting for a mix of magazines, before moving to Berlin where he currently resides. He is the only known member of Berlin’s Ipswich Town fan club and a proud follower of East Anglia's biggest team. His other interests include early-2000s British indie music, buying new running gear in the hope of finally doing a half marathon, and hot sauce.
Tatiana, Launchmetrics' Chief Customer Officer, joined the company in 2011 as Client Relations Manager handling customer success in the US before going on to manage the team as Director of Client Relations. Additionally, she has served as the company's Chief Experience Officer where she founded the Launchmetrics Academy to provide training and development to all employees. Tatiana holds a degree in Marketing and Information Systems from Loyola University, Maryland.

Alison is the Chief Marketing Officer at Launchmetrics. She joined Fashion GPS in 2013 as the Global Director of Brand Development. Previously she held roles at companies such as IMG Fashion and Net-A-PORTER managing Marketing & PR. She has also spent time guest lecturing at Parsons, The New School, Condé Nast College and Il Sole 24Ore's Business School. Alison holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising & Communications from the University of Central Florida and a Masters from SDA Bocconi's School of Management.
Michael Jaïs has been the CEO and Co-Founder of Launchmetrics since its establishment in 2016 following the merger of Augure (which he co-founded in 2002) and Fashion GPS. Throughout his career, he has held several management positions at leading firms such as Thomson Multimedia and Accenture, as well as other founder roles with companies including ETL leader, Leonard's Logic, which was successfully sold to a subsidiary of OpenText. He holds a Master's degree from Sciences Po Paris in Economics and Finance, where he now serves as a part-time adjunct Marketing professor for their Master's program.
Amy Rollinson is a Senior Advisor on the Vogue Business advisory team and is the operational brain behind flagship studies such as Vogue Business Index and the Vogue Business Beauty Index. Alongside working with luxury brands like Ferragamo and Shiseido, Amy also manages research for global tech companies including Amazon Ads, Google and Snapchat. Prior to Vogue Business, Amy managed research for the beauty sector at Euromonitor.
Rachna Shah is the CEO of global fashion experience agency KCD. She oversees KCD’s four global offices and all groups including: Media Relations, Creative Production, Fashion Services, Digital, VIP Services, Guest Experience and Beauty. Shah is an expert in strategic consulting with brands and designers and maintains deep relationships within the global fashion industry. She has been at the forefront of digital PR throughout her career, bringing to the industry some of the most talked about campaigns for the most well-known fashion, luxury and retail brands. Her expertise in event management and guest experience has made KCD the industry go-to for runway shows and the majority of the industry’s global large-scale events and activations.
Carlotta Rossi Spencer serves as Head of Branded Entertainment Business Development for Banijay, overseeing the company’s newly unveiled division BBE (Banijay Branded Entertainment). Housed centrally within Banijay, BBE leverages the group’s expansive global production expertise to deliver against brand briefs both at a local and global level, and Carlotta is charged with overseeing the delivery and fulfillment of new partnerships in this space to drive maximum value for the business worldwide. Previously, Carlotta served as Head of Format Acquisitions for the company, and has held several roles in research and development having begun her career in journalism and communications.
Dominic Kaffka is the SVP, Managing Director at IMG FOCUS. - a full-service creative and event production agency built to support fashion’s leading tastemakers in bringing bespoke brand experiences to life. In his role, he oversees the conception and production of large scale fashion events for IMG and its clients and has played an instrumental role in New York Fashion Week: The Shows overseeing creative direction and event production since 2015. Prior to relocating to New York, Kaffka worked at IMG Berlin as the Global Director of Creative and Production. He was raised in Munich, Germany where he graduated from The University of Applied Sciences Kufstein and currently resides in New York City.
Edward Campbell is Vice President of Thought Leadership at Highsnobiety, the leading media brand and cultural consultancy connecting brands with the next generation. Having established Highsnobiety's strategy practice out of its Berlin office in 2019, Edward is now based in New York and oversees Highsnobiety’s Thought Leadership globally, the heart of which is ‘The New Luxury’, Highsnobiety’s ongoing investigation into the future of luxury. Jason Wu is a prominent New York-based fashion designer renowned for his namesake brand, epitomizing American luxury marked by sophistication, glamour, and refinement. His unwavering commitment to design excellence and impeccable attention to detail has solidified his status as one of his generation's most gifted fashion designers. Since the inception of his company in 2007, Wu has cultivated a signature “Jason Wu Collection” and a contemporary line, “Jason Wu”, dedicated to crafting meticulously designed garments that embody modern luxury and effortless elegance from the inside out. Jason has earned numerous accolades, including the Swarovski Award for Womenswear, The Fashion Group International Fashion Star Award, and the Canadian International Designer of the Year.
Lauren Sherman is a special correspondent at Puck, covering the fashion and luxury industries. The former chief correspondent for the Business of Fashion, she began her career as a reporter at Forbes and holds a BFA in writing, literature and publishing from Emerson College. Pierre A. M’Pelé, known as Pam Boy on social media, is a Paris-born magazine editor that has developed into a trusted and authoritative voice thanks to his informed and opinionated articles, interviews, and ingenious Emoji reviews. He's Head of Editorial Content at GQ France since November 2021, and worked previously in various fashion media such as Odda, Dansk... In 2019 he launched a publication, SCRNSHT, composed of real screenshots, gathering digital conversations with fashion heavyweights such as Marc Jacobs and James Scully, into a physical object and in 2020, M’Pelé released The Fashion Podcast as an independent side project. He is a judge on several fashion competitions including the 2021 ANDAM Awards and the 2021 British Fashion Council/GQ Menswear Fund. M’Pelé is a graduate of Central Saint Martins, where he obtained a BA in Fashion Journalism.
Over the past twenty years, Steve Brown has been working in the fashion industry for numerous international fashion brands, building Collections and managing Global Vendor Bases for the likes of DKNY, Calvin Klein and Denham spanning across Product Development, Buying and Merchandising functions. He shares his experiences and learnings of the industry through multiple industry events, giving presentations and workshops, and has given TED talks to global audiences on the future of fashion.
Beka Gvishiani, the brain behind the well known Instagram account “STYLE NOT COM”, started his career in the Georgian fashion industry as a general manager of the brand “ANOUKI” at the age of 22. He went on to establish creative agency “ARIAL BOLD”, and in April 2021 was announced as a member of Forbes “30 under 30” list in Georgia. Well known for his fashion knowledge, expertise and opinion, Beka has also been involved with art-direction and design, leading the art-direction for Vogue in collaboration with Vogue CS and Vogue Ukraine.
Leslie Russo is the President of IMG Fashion Events and Properties, a subsidiary of Endeavor. Focused on securing and developing new and expanded commercial partners, branded content offerings and marketing activations for the IMG portfolio, including New York Fashion Week: The Shows and Australia Fashion Week, Russo also oversees the business and creative efforts of MADE. Additionally, Russo launched and oversees IMG FOCUS., a full-service creative and event production agency known for creating pioneering live experiences focused on the global fashion industry.
Dave has over 20 years’ experience in the retail and consumer goods industry, including 8 years in leadership roles in Amazon. Jessica Michault is an award-winning journalist, public speaker, and Fashion, Luxury, Beauty consultant. She is also the Deputy Editor of Harper's Bazaar Arabia and Harper's Bazaar Saudi. She has worked with brands such as Miu Miu, Boucheron, Mulberry, and the Puig group, and her articles have been published in The New York Times, Business of Fashion, The International Herald Tribune, and in multiple top-tier magazines - including numerous Vogue publications, GQ, ODDA, Antidote and Elite Traveler.
Joelle Diderich is Paris Bureau Chief at WWD, overseeing a team of correspondents covering luxury goods, retail and beauty. Joelle began her career as a financial journalist, joining Reuters in London in 1994. During the following 10 years, she lived and worked in Madrid, São Paulo, Brasília and Paris covering everything from general elections and forest fires to the 1999 Brazilian currency crisis. She fulfilled her long-held ambition to become a fashion journalist in 2000, when she started covering Paris Fashion Week for Reuters. She joined WWD in Paris as senior business news editor in 2010 and became Paris bureau chief in 2017. Reporting on companies ranging from H&M to Hermès, she enjoys breaking news, writing in-depth profiles of designers and CEOs, and branching out into the paper's culture pages
Olivier Lagane has been working with companies to accelerate their digital transformation for the past fifteen years. After a decade in consulting, he is now Senior Director Business Value at Sprinklr in Europe, and helps large corporations with value generation through improving customer experience. Olivier is a graduate of HEC Paris.

Morin Oluwole is a luxury industry thought leader in digital transformation, media and innovation at Facebook in France. She was formerly Chief of Staff to the VP, Global Marketing Solutions at Facebook where she developed business strategies for global brand partners, and has been at Facebook for 15 years. Morin holds a BA and MA from Stanford University in Human Biology and Sociology and an MA in Management from Columbia University.
Ally Anderson has been with LTK for nearly nine years and is currently the Director, Strategy and Insights over Brand Partnerships. She was formerly the Director of Brand Partnerships for the Central region and oversaw growth of many brand enterprise accounts. She has over 12 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, brand partnerships and influencer marketing for enterprise retailers.
Marko Horvat is an industry expert in Beauty and Personal Care Investment Banking, and has over 12 years of experience advising clients on sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A and capital raising transactions across the Beauty and Personal Care industry. Before his position at Financo Raymond James, he previously worked at The Riverside Company - a leading middle market private equity firm. He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as a Joseph Wharton Scholar and Benjamin Franklin Scholar.
